  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    Standard Policy Our cancellation policy will give you a full refund (other than processing/administration fees) if you cancel with 60 days or more in advance. If you cancel your reservation with 30-60 days in advance, you will forfeit your prepaid deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost. If the cancellation is within 30 days of your reservation date, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. Holiday Policy During the holidays, There will be no refunds issued if canceled within 60 days. This applies for all reservations made between December 23 - January 3.
  • Can I change the dates of my reservation?
    You may freely change the dates of your reservation if it is greater than 30 days as long as we have availability. If it is within 30 days of your reservation date, you may freely change your dates provided that you stay for the same number of days. Any reduction in the number of days is subject to the cancellation policy for the number of days cancelled.
  • Can I change my reservation to a different property?
    You may change your reservation to a different property if it is greater than 30 days prior to your booking. Changing within 30 days of your reservation date is considered a cancellation and fees would apply.
